Ask Kim:  Setting Financial Goals

This week’s question for Kim:

“I’ve recently started a new job where I make good money. In fact, I’m making the most I ever have. I want to save, but I don’t know where to start. I want to invest, but I’m not even sure I really know what that means. What are some goals I can set up and how can I reach them?”

Kim’s response:

“Well, since you’re asking, the first thing I would recommend is to attend one of my Circles. We spend 6 sessions talking about everything financial, from insurance to estate planning. We cover retirement planning, investments, and managing your debt. The sessions are interactive and intended to teach without causing anxiety. I know stepping out and facing what you don’t know about your money can be hard, and I want to make it as easy as possible. I can’t tell you what your goals are, everyone’s goals are different, but I can help you refine and plan for them, once you figure out what they are. I’d love to walk alongside you as you work through what you want for yourself down the road.”
